Twenty minutes on WhatsApp. Have a sample or redacted document open on your side and talk us through it, and get a straight answer on the classification, the value risk and the lane a customs engine is likely to assign. There is no need to send us the file.

A note on your documents. Please do not send trade documents by email or WhatsApp. Once you have access, upload them inside the console, where every organisation is isolated and every file is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Official channels. Nohena's only WhatsApp number is +234 802 969 5468, and Nohena email comes only from nohena.com addresses. Nohena never asks for your password, a one-time code, or card or bank details by WhatsApp, email or phone; you pay only inside the console, through Paystack. If anyone claims to be Nohena on another number or address, do not reply or pay, and report it to [email protected].
